Our committee welcomes your involvement and ideas for the formal creation of Little Italy of Denver as a Historic Landmark District in the City of Denver. Please email us if you are interested in joining the association or financially contributing.
This is a newly formed association made up of neighborhood businesses and leaders known as Little Italy of Denver with the goal of establishing a Historic Italian Landmark District in Denver, Colorado. The area of what would be known as Little Italy is bounded by Zuni on the west, 44th Avenue on the north, Jason/Interstate 25 on the east and Speer Blvd. on the south.
The Little Italy of Denver Association is a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation established with the hope of celebrating the history of the area while promoting the current businesses, shops and restaurants in what was historically a neighborhood where many Italian immigrants settled upon arrival in Denver. The Association seeks to represent the current property owners, residents, and businesses of Little Italy of Denver, as well as the people who proudly claim roots in this North Denver neighborhood.
The Association is an avenue for increased tourism, beautification, event promotion, and economic development while at the same time preserving the unique cultural history of the neighborhood.
